The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange. All three parties sign the apprenticeship agreement in order to comply with all agreed agreements, ensuring that the student will obtain recognition for studies or internships conducted abroad without any other requirements. If the student wishes to make changes to the selection of courses, he must contact the coordinator of the Erasmus department and make the corresponding modification and send a copy of the LA form by email to our office during mobility. Students who wish to extend: according to the 2017 manual published for higher education institutions, the application for extension of mobility is assessed by the student`s office and faculty/erasmus officials. Depending on the authorization of the outgoing university and the academic status of the student, it is possible to extend the period and it is not mandatory. The agreement and necessary corrections must be concluded at least one month before the end of the planned operating period. As a result, the Erasmus office of the External Relations Unit receives petitions for our students who, during the autumn semester, wish to benefit from erasmus mobility and extend their mobility in the spring semester, including the name, the surname, the university they wish to expand. Students should inform the department coordinator and the opposing university of 1.5 months (one and a half months) in their mobility. After the agreement of the opposing institution and the coordinator of the department, you should pass on to our office the extension document that you can find on erasmus.yalova.edu.tr where are the coordinator of the institution, the coordinator of the department and the signatures of the opposing institution. After notification of the renewal document, our office informs the student renewal request by email to the opposing entity and officially provides Erasmus recognition. 8.
